Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the text.ai service ("Service", "text.ai") operated by TextAI Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

text.ai is an SMS-based artificial intelligence assistant available via SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram that provides informational and advisory content through text messaging. The Service can be accessed through individual conversations or integrated into group chats.

2.2 Service Capabilities

The Service provides:

• Personalized recommendations and information
• Group chat integration
• Information retrieval and analysis

2.3 Service Limitations

text.ai is provided for informational purposes only. The Service explicitly:

• Is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Is NOT a replacement for mental health services or professional therapy
• Does NOT provide emergency services
• Makes NO guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided

3. User Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's use of the Service
• By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, users must:

• Have a valid US or CA phone number
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their chat

4. Privacy and Data Collection

• Service may be removed from groups violating these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including integrated AI models and systems, remains Company property
• User-generated content remains user property
• Users grant Company license to process and analyze their content
• Company retains rights to all Service improvements

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and utilize AI-generated content for personal use
• Share Service responses within permitted contexts

7. Liability and Disclaimers
